How Dreamstai Works
1. Sign Up With Google
Start by signing in with your Google account. This provides a secure and convenient way to access Dreamstai, where you'll manage the storytelling experience for your young storyteller.
2. Parental Verification
To comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and ensure a safe environment, we require two simple verification steps: a one-time verification charge of one cent ($.01) and your declaration, under penalty of perjury, that you are the parent or legal guardian of any child whose profile you create. This verification process helps us maintain a secure space for children and ensures you have complete control over your child's data. After verification, you'll have immediate access to your free trial period. Your card will only be charged the subscription fee if you choose to continue after the trial ends.
3. Meet Your AI Guide
After verification, you'll be introduced to our friendly AI assistant who will guide you through setting up the perfect storytelling experience. The assistant will help collect information about the child's interests, preferences, and story settings in an engaging way.
4. Profile Setup
Share details about the child including age, interests, favorite colors, toys, themes, and topics they love. This information helps us create stories that resonate with their unique personality and developmental stage.
5. Story Preferences
Select preferred themes such as adventure, moral lessons, confidence-building stories, or even religious lessons. Set safety parameters and time limits to ensure an appropriate storytelling experience.
6. Character Creation
Design up to four unique characters with distinct personalities and voice qualities (pitch, accents, speaking rate). These characters will become the stars of their personalized stories.
7. Story Generation
Within 24 hours of completing the setup, the first personalized story chapter will be ready. You can then log into the system and start the session, providing the device to the child.
8. Interactive Storytelling
The child can now enjoy their personalized story on any modern browser with a speaker, microphone, and stable internet connection. The AI will adapt the story based on their responses, creating a truly interactive and engaging experience.
